Experienced investor relations and financial communications
professional joins global technology company
DULUTH, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 14, 2013--
NCR Corporation (NYSE: NCR) today announced that Tracy Krumme has joined
the company as vice president, Investor Relations. Krumme comes to NCR
with more than 20 years of experience in investor relations, financial
communications, investment banking and equity research. Based in New
York, she will report to NCR’s Chief Financial Officer Robert Fishman
and assumes responsibility from Gavin Bell, who has accepted a new
position at the company as vice president, Cross Line of Business.
“Given Tracy’s strong financial background and her deep investor
relations experience, she will play an important role in sharing our
strategic vision and growth story with the investment community,” said
Fishman.
Krumme most recently served as vice president of Investor Relations and
Corporate Communications at Fuel Tech, Inc., a leading energy technology
company. In this role, she served as the company’s primary spokesperson
and was instrumental in maximizing the company’s visibility among the
investment community, which resulted in increased institutional
ownership, analyst coverage and media placement.
Prior to Fuel Tech, Krumme was director of Investor Relations at
Hollinger International, a NYSE-listed global media company, where she
was responsible for communicating the company’s financial strategy. She
has also held positions as an equity research analyst at Sandler O’Neill
and Partners, an investment strategist at Prudential Securities and an
investment banker at Kidder, Peabody in London.
