ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 2, 2006--NCR Corporation (NYSE:NCR) announced today it has sold the U.S. forms and laser documents part of its Systemedia business consumables portfolio to PRINTSouth Corporation, an Atlanta-based provider of printed business communication products. This agreement covers only product manufactured or sold in the United States. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

"Reshaping our portfolio will allow us to focus and advance our market leadership in solutions such as paper rolls and labels as well as emerging technologies such as RFID and two-sided printing."
